Love it but dont install the filter  
I purchased this unit because I love the coffee it makes and the ease of use. My brother-in-law has one and I drink their coffee whenever Im there. Its easy to use just follow the directions. But..dont install the filter. I did this and the unit wouldnt draw the water from the reservoir. I tried it twice before I smelled a slight burning odor and shut it off. I checked the internet for problems of this sort and found it was possible. So I called Keurig and they said that they have found that the unit doesnt have the power to draw thru the filter so dont use it. Not sure why they would provide it in the first place since youre supposed to use filtered water anyway. It didnt hurt that it came with 72 k-cups. (Only 2 were decaf so be aware of that). Great coffee maker  
I really like the Keurig. I bought it for the office and my co-workers like it too. It couldnt be easier and theres nothing to clean. The many K-Cups that came with it are a great bonus if you like all types of coffee. Personally I only like light roasts and there was very little of that so Im stuck with a whole lot of K-Cups I cant use. Im trying to encourage everyone else to use them. Bottom line is that the coffee maker is very convenient and the coffee tastes great. There are plenty of choices of K-Cups on the market to suit any taste. Right after I bought this one I saw another model in Costco which has an "iced coffee" setting as well as the regular settings. So I bought that one for home and I love it. Best Coffee Machine Ever!!!!  
I just purchased this coffee machine today and Absolutely love it! So easy to set up right out of the box and all they also give you plenty of Kcups to get you started. The coffee tastes fantastic fresh and Hot! I made me a cup for after dinner perfect cup!! : 2010-09-15 08:52:47

Not Good!!  
Purchased from Sams CLub and stopped working properly within a month. This is the second Keurig that I have purchased and both have quick functioning properly. The first one was the Platinum version and it quick working properly within 3 months of purchase. I like the idea of the product Im just not sure Keurig is the company to deliver the results. : 2010-09-15 08:52:47

Love this Keurig!  
After our second Keurig mini started acting up (K-cups kept spitting grounds into the coffee) I researched other models. This is the one I selected. I fill the tank with filtered water put in a K-cup and my coffee is ready before I can put away the creamer! (I put sweet and lo and creamer in my mug before it gets filled....) Talk about instant gratification! I like being able to select the mug size too. I also buy K-cups from Amazon with Subscribe and Save. : 2010-09-15 08:52:46
